Erica is a BCBA with 9 years plus years of experience in the field. After a family member was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and  seeing the impact ABA had in his life, she knew she had to learn as much as she could about ABA and be a part of the community that helps clients and their families. Erica graduated from Mary Baldwin University with a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Erica moved to St. Croix in July 2023, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
