Alison grew up visiting family on St. Croix and always knew it would one day be home.  After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Health Studies and minor in Disabilities Studies, she made the move.  She worked for many years in a variety of community programs before starting at Island Therapy Solutions as an RBT in 2019.  Soon after, she began her master’s program at Western Connecticut State University where she graduated with a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis.  Alison completed her supervision at ITS and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She is passionate about the field and excited to be a part of helping bring meaningful changes to the families of our community.
