Hannah Cross is an occupational therapist who has been working with Island Therapy Solutions on St. Croix since her clinical rotation in 2024. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Susquehanna University and completed a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
Hannah has clinical experience in acute care, primarily working with adults recovering from stroke and during initial care following orthopedic surgeries. She is PAC GEMs certified in dementia care and has experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders.
Hannah has worked with children and adults diagnosed with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, and other learning differences. Her pediatric work focuses on guiding neurodivergent children in developing the skills needed to participate in daily activities at home, school, and in their community. This approach promotes motor development, sensory integration, emotional regulation, attention, social participation, and functional independence through individualized, play-based, and strengths-focused intervention.
